Das Ranzen-Kontor is committed to making the content of this website accessible. In line with Germany's Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), this statement informs you about the current accessibility status, known limitations, and how you can give us feedback.

1. Scope

This statement applies to the website at ranzenkontor.de, both the German-language version (ranzenkontor.de) and the English-language version (ranzenkontor.de/en).

2. Conformance status

In our own assessment, this website is partially conformant with the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet these requirements.

This website currently uses a neutral placeholder appearance; the final corporate design (colours, typeface, components) will be integrated in a separate step. Improvements to contrast and operability are ongoing as part of that transition.

3. Known limitations

We are currently aware of the following limitations in particular:

  • Some text/background colour combinations do not yet consistently meet the contrast required by WCAG 2.1 AA;
  • some interactive elements are not yet fully operable by keyboard.

We are addressing these gaps iteratively. Please let us know if you come across a barrier on this website (see section “5. Feedback and contact”).
