For a thorough, in-depth fitting for your child's first satchel, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
That way we can take plenty of time to try several models together and focus entirely on your child –
in a calm setting and without any time pressure. By working with appointments, we make sure the consultation is
relaxed and pleasant for your child and that awkward waiting times are kept to a minimum. That's why families with an appointment
always take priority with us.
When an appointment is especially important:
- On all Saturdays
- From Easter onwards, during the peak season
On weekdays in January and February, it often works out spontaneously without an appointment.
For suitcases, adults' backpacks, school backpacks from Year 4 onwards and nursery backpacks, you usually don't need an appointment –
we're happy to help you flexibly without a reservation there, though there may be a little wait.
