Do I really need expert advice to buy a suitcase?
In principle, you can of course buy a suitcase without any advice. But to do that well, you should research the different options thoroughly beforehand and take a proper look at the models. We recommend a consultation, because our specialist team knows the features of each case inside out and can help you find exactly the right model.
Where can I find your store?
Our store is right at Bahnhof Friedrichstraße, at Georgenstr. 24 in Berlin. We're open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00 and are happy to help you choose your new suitcase. If you'd like to arrange an appointment in advance, you can simply book a free slot online or call us on 030 / 23 00 20 23.
Can I also order my new suitcase from you online?
We don't currently have our own online shop, but you can easily reserve or pre-order your favourite and then collect it from our store at Bahnhof Friedrichstraße in Berlin. Just place your order with us at kontakt@schulranzen-Friedrichstraße Station.de or by phone on 030 / 23 00 20 23.
Is a suitcase with four wheels more practical than one with two?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer here – everyone feels differently about it. These days there are plenty of four-wheel suitcases, and many people find them more comfortable and easier to roll. Others, though, prefer the feel of a two-wheel case. As so often, the best thing is to try them out for yourself!
How many brands do you carry in store?
We currently carry 3 different suitcase brands. Most manufacturers offer several models, though, so we can present a wide selection with the right model for everyone.
Do you offer travel bags as well?
Alongside our large selection of suitcases, we also offer travel bags. Many of our backpacks are great for travelling too, as they provide plenty of storage space. And for short trips or business travel, our compact cabin cases are ideal.
What price range can I expect for suitcases and luggage at your store?
Depending on quality, material, finish and brand, you'll find promotional and end-of-line ranges at attractive prices well below €99. For special collections, prices can also climb well above €300. With our broad range, there's an appealing option for every requirement.
