Wir hatten bei Ranzen-Kontor einen wirklich bezaubernden Termin zur ersten Einschulung unseres ältesten Sohnes. Ein besonderer Moment, den sich die Oma nicht nehmen lassen wollte und die den Schulranzen spendiert hat. Die Beratung war absolut kompetent, sowohl was Qualität und Funktionalität angeht als auch in Sachen Rückengesundheit. Es wurde wirklich alles getestet, wie der Ranzen beim Laufen, Rennen und Springen sitzt und komplett auf unseren Sohn eingestellt. Da er für sein Alter schon relativ groß ist, kamen manche Modelle infrage, andere nicht. Genau das wurde fachlich sauber berücksichtigt. Trotzdem durfte er sich am Ende selbst für sein Wunschmodell entscheiden, samt seiner Lieblingsthematik "Star Wars". Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Verkäuferin Tina, die uns mit sehr viel Fachwissen und gleichzeitig unfassbarer Herzlichkeit begleitet hat. Unser Sohn konnte seinen Namen stolz an die Tafel schreiben und mit seinem neuen Schulranzen ein Erinnerungsfoto mit Urkunde machen. Dazu gab es noch tolle Extras wie eine Sammelmappe, Patches und Reflektoren für den Schulweg. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Das ist etwas völlig anderes, als einen Schulranzen anonym online zu bestellen. Hier trifft Fachkompetenz auf Herzlichkeit und Empathie, die einen Schulranzenkauf zu einer unvergesslichen Kindheitserinnerung machen. Dafür von Herzen Danke und viele Grüße von Vincent und Familie.

Die Verkäuferin hat uns mit viel Geduld die jeweiligen Vorteile der verschiedenen Kofferalternativen erläutert. Am Ende haben wir uns für einen Travelite-Koffer mit drei Jahren Garantie entschieden, der im Angebot war. Sympathischer Besitzer an der Kasse, der den Eindruck erweckt, dass hier jemand sein Geschäft mit Herzblut führt, „wie früher“ halt. Sechs Sterne! :-)

The 7-piece "Unique" satchel set from Lässig comes fully equipped for everyday school life. It includes the satchel itself, a filled pencil case with Eberhard Faber pens, a slip pencil pouch, a gym bag, a chest pouch with key finder, a neon rain cover with reflective print, plus a set of one charm and two patches for a personal touch. With all of this, your child is perfectly kitted out for school.

Which age group are the "Unique" series satchels suitable for?

The "Unique" series satchels are designed specifically for primary school children aged 6 to 10. Thanks to the ergonomic carrying system with height-adjustable straps, they adapt perfectly to your child's height and grow right along with them. That means lasting comfort and support throughout the whole of primary school.

Can I order the Lässig satchel online too?

We don't currently run an online shop. You're welcome to reserve your favourite by email at kontakt@ranzenkontor.de or by phone on 030 / 23 00 20 23, then pick it up at Bahnhof Friedrichstraße in Berlin. That said, especially when buying a satchel, we really recommend visiting us in person so we can find the right ergonomic model for your child together.

Are the Lässig satchels water-repellent and ready for any weather?

Yes – the "Unique" series satchels are made from dirt- and water-repellent materials that keep the contents reliably dry. A reinforced base adds extra stability and stops moisture seeping in from below. For longer downpours, a neon rain cover with reflective print is tucked into the lid and can be pulled over in seconds when needed. So the contents stay dry even in nasty weather, and your child stays that bit more visible too.

What materials go into making the "Unique" series?

The Lässig "Unique" series satchels are made from recycled polyester, with up to 33 used plastic bottles given a new lease of life in every set. The material is dirt- and water-repellent, which makes the satchel especially easy to care for and hard-wearing. On top of that, the "Unique" series is free from animal-derived materials and proudly carries the "PETA-Approved Vegan" label.

Do we need to book an appointment for a consultation?

That depends on what you have in mind – and when.

\r\nFor a detailed expert fitting for a first satchel, we'd recommend booking an appointment in advance.\r\nThat way we can take plenty of time, try several models together and focus entirely on your child –\r\nin a calm setting and with no time pressure. Booking ahead means the fitting stays relaxed and enjoyable for your child,\r\nand we can keep any waiting to a minimum. That's why families with an appointment always take priority\r\nwith us.\r\n
