For a thorough, expert consultation on your child's first school satchel, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
That way we can take plenty of time to try out several models together and focus entirely on your child,
in a calm setting and without any rush. Booking an appointment lets us make sure the consultation is relaxed and
enjoyable for your child, while keeping any unwelcome waiting to a minimum. That's why families with an appointment
always take priority with us.
When an appointment is especially important:
- On all Saturdays
- From Easter onwards, during peak season
On weekdays in January and February, it often works out fine to drop in without an appointment.
For suitcases, adult backpacks, school backpacks from Year 4 onwards and nursery backpacks you usually don't need an appointment,
we're happy to help you flexibly even without a booking, perhaps with a short wait.
